Shipping and Handling

We acknowledge with thanks receipt of your recent gift mugs order and will give it into production very shortly.
Tracking information will be e-mailed directly from the shipping company to the e-mail address you supplied.
Hence, it's important that your e-mail client will accept e-mails sent from shipping companies such as UPS and USPS.

We'll be able to begin with the decorating process of our all-white gift mugs within up to 2-7 business days after we receive your order, and will then also have your mug order ready for shipment by then.

Detailed order and tracking information can also be found in your PayPal account.

Please remember, that we ship your order according to the shipping method you selected, namely:
- USPS Priority: 3-4 business days;
- USPS Ground Parcel: 5-9 business days
These shipping days have to be added to our above mentioned production days.
