- I recently made an order and when the order form came up it asked for my email, name, state, city, postal code, and etc. but nothing came up for "Paypal." Has my order been cancelled or will I be billed when the package is delivered?

Sorry but we cannot offer local pick-up. All orders for our Gift Coffee Mugs must be placed over the Internet and will be shipped via USPS or UPS.

Permit us to answer your questions about coffee mug designs created by our customers with our fully automated Coffee Mug Decoration & Design Generator: When you finish creating your coffee mug decoration you will have to proceed by clicking on the corresponding link and then by placing your order via the PayPal Order and Payment form that will open up (if your coffee mug design is complete and correct and the information you supplied is accurate, this form will appear automatically and without any difficulties - hence you should also permit Pop-Ups to open in your browser). Upon successful completion of this order and payment system, PayPal will confirm your order with an e-mail to the address you supplied to PayPal. Once this is fully completed, we'll receive your order and will then be able to process it and ship to your PayPal registered address. Should you NOT receive any PayPal order & payment confirmation, then your order was NOT placed and nothing was charged and, if you did not sign into the Real Time Coffee Mug Design Generator and/or create an account for yourself, so will be your design, namely lost.
