Digital image files should be up-loaded in the binary mode only!

Any digital image(s) uploaded to our servers and not accompanied by an order
will be considered spam and treated as such.

Digital bitmap/raster files with a file size smaller than ~1,900 KB in the .tif format (or ~250KB in the .jpg format) will very likely not meet with our minimum requirements for image resolution and image dimensions for our one-sided 11-oz coffee mug decoration.

Other mug decorations might require much larger digital image raster/bitmap files.
Vector files do not have any minimum requirements as they are resolution independent.

Digital Image Requirements:
As always, we recommend digital images to have a:

  • Resolution of at least 300 ppi's; be in the

  • Final Dimensions or larger; We also prefer the

  • .tif file format; and

  • the RGB color mode.

PLEASE - DO NO SEND LOW RESOLUTION FILES:
We cannot print decent images on mugs or decorative wall tiles and murals
 using files with only a resolution of 72 or 96 dpi's, such as for example: 

.gif and some .jpg files

General Observations

Please compress all uploads: 
Making sure that your file(s) are compressed and combined into ONE archive as this makes it very easy to send, receive and process digital files. We currently support the following types of file compression software: WinZip, PK Zip  or Stuff-It.
