We offer four sizes of coffee mugs with the present EASY ORDERING process.
All mugs are quality ceramic coffee mugs. They are specially treated with an FDA approved coat to accept our full-color decorations.
Modern high-heat dishwashers can damage imprinted mugs of any type. Hence, we recommend washing by hand. All ceramic coffee mugs are microwave safe.
Prices quoted are per mug with a photo, image, logo or text on one side only AS supplied by customer.
Two-sided, oversized, handle-to-handle, wraparound or total up-down decorations are available for an extra charge and can be ordered from here.
All mugs ordered from these EASY ORDERING web pages are final and will be shipped with USPS Priority Mail to the lower 48 US states within 2-6 business days after receipt of your useable, digital image file and this order form. No order confirmation will be send out nor any other communication.

If customer does not submit the one-line text desired immediately in the PayPal Order Form when ordering coffee mug decorations which include a one-line black text in Arial, such orders will be decorated by us without any text. Customer will not be able to request a text later. This one-line text has to be indicated in the PayPal Order Form, if not, this will be our express authorization to decorate your mug without the one-line text.

Please consult here if you order any of our stainless-steel coffee mugs and/or silver sports bottles:
All image areas that appear white in your digital image will have the color of the stainless-steel travel mug or silver sports bottle, as we cannot print the color white and all colors will be influenced by the stainless-steel/silver background.

We'll not be able to respond to inquiries of any kind if you order from this web site. It is the customer's sole responsibility to make sure that all prerequisites are met as we decorate our mugs with artwork AS IS, that is as submitted by the customer.

Note*:
All customer-submitted digital image(s) and/or artwork files will be used AS IS, that is that we'll not change any submitted material (except for down-sizing should the material submitted to be too large to fit on the area available for mug decorations). We'll not inform you if a given digital image file will produce an acceptable gift mugs decoration or not (also see below). Please consult our size and resolution requirements before ordering as all orders placed here are final and cannot be cancelled.

All our mugs will be decorated with the digital art work you e-mail us AS IS, that is, we'll not modify or change it in any way even if it should not be suitable for mug decorations. We'll, however, re-size any digital image that is larger than above indicated maximum decor sizes. Smaller images will be used as submitted.
Hence, we very strongly recommend that you consult our ARTS section to make sure that your digital artwork is suitable for a successful mug decoration.
Should you be sending us text with an e-mail, we'll use the font Arial for all text and size it so that it will fit the area that can be decorated, as indicated above.

Note:
Useable digital image files have at least these characteristics:

• Resolution of at least 300 ppi's,  AND are in the
• Dimension that will appear on the finished and decorated coffee mugs.
• It is the customer's sole responsibility to label or name his or her digital files in such a way that we can easily identify them with his/her order. File naming schemes with just numbers are not acceptable (example: 345960.jpg). We decline any and all responsibility in cases of mismatches of images and orders, as ALL files should be named so that the file name is part of customer's name, before up-loading them to our severs or attaching them to any e-mail.
  In case of mismatch because of deficient file labeling, customer will not hold us liable for any damage whatsoever. By placing your order with us your expressly accept this policy without restrictions and reservations.
• Please do not tell us that you want a given image in the front or on the back of the coffee mug. We do not know what the back nor the front is. Sorry, but we're rather limited here.
  We only understand that the mug handle will be to the left or to the right of a given mug decoration. Hence we'll use this: Handle to right is front; Handle to left is back.
  By placing your order with us your expressly accept this policy without restrictions and reservations.
